ACCEPT CHANGE
Emotion, the word tells something related to feeling, the feeling which comes from inner voice. First impression is the last impression. When people think about you they see your face, they identify you but when you change yourself, they will find it difficult to accept.
So why they do not want to accept surprises. It might be because they do not want to accept the change. Well change is good unless and until it doesn’t harm anyone. When somebody changes people realize that something happen to that person i.e. why he/she changes himself. It might be because he wants to pretend like something. It may be because of some hidden purpose.
But according to me, who have given them the right. Now, did they care about that person? so much before? Perhaps the people want to accept or recognize the negative thing easily. I changed myself by coloring my hair from black to brown. After that experience, I really admit people recognize negative easily. People are saying me that the reason behind this change is related to my character.
Now I am asking a question to them who has given them this right. It’s my life if I have changed myself then why did I get very unhealthy response?
This tells me that our mentality drives from our home to college from college to office and nothing more than that. I have changed myself almost everyone is finding it difficult to accept. All this response which I will get after such change will support me for a cause; I am taking it as an asset in order to realize people, if something changes try to accept it comfortably. Means if something is invented why recognition is on the verge of diminish.
Well now I will tell you about the reason of writing this article. My cause will be understood to the reader after reading the next paragraph.
See when some people are talking about something If an individual who is a subordinate or who get less respect, tells some idea within no time his/her idea will be rejected. I want the people to think differently. If some rich man tells something then they will recognize even when there is nothing new in his/her idea.
I want to reduce the time lag of people to accept change. I want to recognize everyone talent so that the people innovate in there respective field and think open mindedly so that we can always recognize a way or an idea from anything for growth of mankind.
My aim is to change the mentality of people, I want people to accept change in least time in order to think creatively, so that each one of us can recognize and explore the God hidden inside us and utilize it effectively, so that we can give our cent in whatever we do or think. So that the thought “Ideas are no one’s monopoly because everyone can do everything” kept its entity every moment.

CREATIVITY – INTEREST – IDEA
Creativity is all about free thinking. We need to be creative in whatever we do in order to generate ideas. Ideas can come only if we have interest in particular work. So for the creation of interest we need to be creative. Let us see how?
The interest comes from within, if it has some motive behind in order to create smoothness in the motive, creativity must be there. The free thinking which I told you earlier should not be necessarily restricted to people or (majority thinking). It can be crazy and very funny as the funniest thing can be sometimes fruitful and can generate idea which inturn supports everyone in the growth of mankind.
People do something because they have got some purpose to do. But the purpose should not limit your creativity. Before creativity there is one more thing that is curiosity. Curiosity comes under some stage of motivation. It acts as a catalyst in the direction of generation of creativity. This topic will be clear to the reader after taking an example of a teacher imparting education to student.
What teachers do? We all have got study books, material for reference even then, why do we need teacher?
The teacher basically controls and generates our mind to be creative by creating interest in a particular subject. He/She presents himself/herself most perfectly so that student will be interested towards knowledge. Here the interest is being created by the teacher, the student being the listener feels himself/herself proud after attending a lecture and usually understands the whole subject nicely as he/she picks the interest which is hidden inside him/her.
The interest generated can be of any kind. It can be done by motivating the student by the emotions of the teacher towards the subject, how much he/she is inclined towards teaching a particular subject, how much confident he/she is during the lecture.
The student must realize that whatever a teacher is teaching is going to be good for him/her. He/She should have faith in the teacher; he should give respect to knowledge to get the same respect from God which is hidden inside him/her. Thus, creativity plays an important role in generating interest.
The next stage after interest is the generation of an idea it can be possible only if interest attains maximum stage and thinking about subject has no boundary. This stage is usually attained by the people who don’t live for themselves but those who live for others and get enormous amount of happiness after seeing others (unknown people) happy. These people are mostly in research or those who are scientists.
It doesn’t really mean that people having large amount of knowledge can only generate idea. We can generate idea if our purpose has no boundary. Let me explain by an example of a farmer who is creative and how can he generate idea by being creative. Let us see how? Suppose he has some land. What happens when some of his land gets into crisis as there was less rainfall in a particular season. By being creative he will get a way to think positive during such circumstances, he will cultivate this land for some other crop like sugar as it needs very less rainfall or he will sell them to real estate business or he will give it to wind power companies, thus he can prevent himself from any natural disaster. Thus creativity plays an important role in generating idea.
So the purpose of doing something should be unlimited or will not have any boundary i.e. what I want to say, this unlimited feeling can come only if we are selfless in whatever we do or think or follow the purest path in the world i.e. spirituality. The motive behind writing this article is solved only if reader follows this ideal path.
